Coquitlam Foundation 2006-2007 Grants
In 2006/2007, the Coquitlam Foundation distributed $29,500 in grants and bursaries, including $11,800 in LEAD money (Leadership, Engagement and Development) from the Vancouver Foundation. The following are the recipients of grants from the Foundation for the 2006/2007 fiscal year:
Community Awards were granted to:
- Place Maillardville Society,
- Theatrix,
- Coquitlam Public Library,
- Coquitlam Search and Rescue Society,
- Roy Stibbs Elementary School and
- the Royal Columbian Hospital Foundation.
Scholarships and Bursaries were awarded to:
- Abigail Arenas
- Alynn Barclay
- Josh Friesen
- Dena Javadi
- Kareen Wong
- Jane Thomsing
Other grants:
- Eagle Ridge Hospital Foundation received a grant from the Shelagh Elaine Fulton Memorial Fund
- The Vancouver General Hospital and the University of BC Hospital Foundation received a grant from the CAB Fund.
