Dale Clarke, our executive director, was the featured presenter at this morning's AM Networking Breakfast, sponsored by the Tri-Cities Chamber of Commerce. Supported by directors Colleen Talbot, Janine Davies and Terry O'Neill, Dale gave a great little speech about who we are, what we do, and why we are so excited about this, our 20th anniversary year. We were also able to introduce our new cadre of Douglas College students, who will be working with us throughout the year on areas such as event planning (for our Nov. 15 gala at the Red Robinson Theatre) and website upgrading. All in all, a very successful event that helped us raise our profile and make new contacts.
